No Chop Pesto Sauce


  • 2 tightly packed cups of fresh basil leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • fresh juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3-1/2 cup of olive oil, pending how oily you prefer your pesto


  1. Peel and place cloves in food processor to mince first
  2. Add basil, pine nuts, parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice and olive oil to food processor
  3. Mix to combine thoroughly
